1. Sales Representative
Department: Branch Banking

2. Relationship Manager – Coast Region

Based in the Coast Region, the Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business clients. You will acquire new customers, build long-term relationships, and offer tailored financial solutions to meet their business needs while minimizing credit risk.
3. Relationship Manager – Nairobi Region
Department: Branch Banking
Reports to: Branch Manager

This role involves acquiring and retaining business clients in the Nairobi Region. The Relationship Manager will provide customized financial solutions, manage client relationships, and ensure a positive customer experience that aligns with the bank’s service promise.
4. Branch Manager – Coast Region
Department: Branch Banking
Reports to: Head – Branches

The Branch Manager for the Coast Region will be responsible for branch performance, business growth, customer service excellence, and compliance. You will lead branch staff, drive branch sales, and ensure operational efficiency in line with Sidian Bank’s policies.
5. Branch Manager – Nairobi Region

The Branch Manager for the Nairobi Region will oversee daily branch operations, customer engagement, sales targets, and team development. You will be expected to maintain a high-performing team and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving the bank’s business objectives.
6. Contact Centre Supervisor

Reports to: Manager – Customer Experience

As the Contact Centre Supervisor, you will lead a team of contact centre agents to deliver exceptional customer service. Your role includes monitoring performance, training staff, managing escalated queries, and supporting the bank’s customer-first culture across all service channels.
