1. Branch Manager (Open Location)

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a designated branch. Your role will be to ensure operational efficiency, drive business growth, implement company policies, and manage recruitment and staff training. You will play a critical role in leading teams to meet performance targets while delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all branch operations
  • Ensure policy compliance and operational excellence
  • Recruit, train, and motivate branch staff
  • Drive branch performance and business growth
  • Enhance customer experience and build client relationships

2. Legal Team Leader (Head Office)

The Legal Team Leader will spearhead the in-house litigation function. You will manage assigned legal files, supervise Associate Advocates, and ensure the efficient and consistent handling of litigation matters across all regions. Additionally, you will oversee the development and operationalization of the in-house legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the in-house litigation team
  • Handle and review litigation files across all company regions
  • Supervise and mentor Associate Advocates
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies
  • Align legal strategies with corporate objectives

3. Litigation Advocate (5 Positions)

The Litigation Advocate will represent AMACO and its insured clients in court and manage all legal matters, including litigation, claims defense, and dispute resolution. This role requires active case handling and close collaboration with internal departments to mitigate legal risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company in court and alternative dispute forums
  • Provide legal advice on claims and corporate matters
  • Prepare legal documents and manage case files
  • Participate in negotiations and settlement processes

4. Regional Investigators (5 Positions)

As a Regional Investigator, you will support the Legal and Claims departments by conducting thorough investigations into claims, suspected fraud, and risk-related concerns. Your work will be pivotal in safeguarding the company’s interests through accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct investigations into claims and suspected fraud
  • Collect and document evidence and findings
  • Provide detailed reports to inform legal and claims decisions
  • Liaise with law enforcement and other relevant agencies
  • Support legal proceedings with investigative inputs
