We are currently seeking to recruit a qualified and motivated individual to fill the following position:
Job Title: Systems Engineer Officer
Location: Nairobi
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support enterprise IT systems including servers, storage, and operating systems.
- Monitor and ensure optimal performance of critical systems and infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery plans.
- Participate in IT projects including system upgrades, deployments, and integrations.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), Linux, VMware, or equivalent are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within a financial or ICT environment.
- Strong knowledge of server management, virtualization, storage systems, and network infrastructure.
Skills Required:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
