1. Senior Associate – Credit Analyst, Asset Finance

Location: Nairobi
Department: Asset Finance
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
As a Senior Associate – Credit Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating credit applications and ensuring sound risk management in the Asset Finance unit. You will analyze financial statements, assess client risk profiles, prepare credit proposals, and recommend financing solutions aligned with the Bank’s policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct credit assessments and analysis of Asset Finance applications.
  • Prepare and present well-structured credit proposals.
  • Monitor asset finance portfolios to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Liaise with relationship managers to gather client financials and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk standards.
  • Recommend appropriate credit structuring for customers.

2. Branch Operations Manager

We are looking for dynamic Branch Operations Managers to oversee day-to-day operations at our key branch locations. The role requires strong leadership, customer service orientation, and operational excellence to support business growth and maintain branch efficiency.

  • Supervise and coordinate all operational functions at the branch.
  • Ensure efficient processing of customer transactions and compliance with internal controls.

  • Handle cash receipts and payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Reconcile cash balances daily and escalate discrepancies.
  • Maintain appropriate vault and teller cash limits.

4. Head of Corporate Banking

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
