1. Direct Sales Representative

Job Description:
The Direct Sales Representative will be responsible for selling and marketing bank products directly to customers. This role involves identifying potential customers, presenting and explaining banking products, and ensuring an excellent customer experience during onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Promote and sell the bank’s products and services in the assigned regions.
- Deliver high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide feedback from clients and potential clients to help shape the bank’s strategy.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the department.
2. Assistant Relationship Manager, Workplace Banking

Job Description:
This role supports the development and execution of strategies to grow and manage workplace banking portfolios. The Assistant Relationship Manager will ensure delivery of financial solutions to employees of partner institutions.

- Identify new workplace banking opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate onboarding of new organizations and ensure all documentation is properly submitted.

3. Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description:
