Role Summary
Job Title: Telesales Representative

As a Telesales Representative at Poa! Internet, you will play a central role in accelerating our customer acquisition efforts. Your primary mission will be to exceed sales targets by executing excellent telephone salesmanship, generating leads, conducting prospecting calls, and establishing relationships that lead to customer conversion and referral.

The mission of this role is to exceed sales numbers through effective telesales strategies, driving the company’s growth by converting leads into loyal customers. This includes initiating calls, closing deals, and creating long-term value through relationship-building and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on the company’s lead database.
- Clearly articulate Poa!’s value proposition and differentiate our services from competitors.
- Convert cold and warm leads into confirmed sales.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding set monthly targets and quotas.
2. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Address client inquiries effectively and promptly during calls.
- Understand customer needs and align them with the most appropriate service plans.
3. Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Follow the company’s standardized telesales scripts to ensure consistency and brand messaging.
- Adhere to tele-sales compliance guidelines and protocols.
- Maintain a high Quality Assurance (QA) score by following best practices in customer interaction.
4. Sales Process Management
- Ensure that all assigned leads are contacted within the agreed timelines.
- Accurately update customer interactions and lead statuses in the Sales Lead Generation Database.
- Manage sales forecasts and provide credible pipeline updates to the team leader.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on lead conversion progress, challenges, and new opportunities.
5. Payment and Onboarding Support
- Guide customers through the payment process to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Work closely with other departments to facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients.
Academic Qualifications

- Certificate in a relevant field
- Diploma in a relevant discipline
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area
