Position Details
Mpesa Shop Attendant
The Mpesa Shop Attendant will be responsible for managing mobile money transactions, assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, and other M-Pesa services, as well as providing excellent customer service. This role demands accuracy, reliability, and trustworthiness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments through the M-Pesa platform.
- Providing assistance and guidance to customers regarding available services and transaction procedures.
- Maintaining accurate records of daily transactions and ensuring cash is securely handled.
- Monitoring and reconciling M-Pesa balances to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- Ensuring the shop area is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any transaction issues promptly and professionally.
- Following all company policies and procedures for transaction handling, including security protocols.

Cashier
