The position entails overseeing compliance reviews, driving strategies to improve voluntary compliance, and monitoring risk areas. It involves close supervision of compliance teams and ensuring alignment with tax regulations.

Chief Manager, Revenue Monitoring & Reporting – 1 Position

Within the Micro & Small Taxpayers department, this role focuses on revenue monitoring and reporting. Responsibilities include analyzing tax collection trends, preparing detailed revenue reports, and providing insights to support management decisions. The position requires consistent tracking of performance metrics and collaboration with other units.

Chief Manager, Revenue Audit Centre – 1 Position

The Revenue Audit Centre will be led by a Chief Manager responsible for supervising audit operations, guiding audit teams, and ensuring that revenue audit processes are conducted efficiently and in accordance with established guidelines. Chief Manager, Factory Control, Licensing & Command Centre – 1 Position

This role involves overseeing licensing and factory control operations within Micro & Small Taxpayers. The Chief Manager will supervise the command centre to ensure real-time monitoring of licensed entities and compliance with regulatory frameworks governing factory operations.

Chief Manager, Customs Operations – 1 Position

Based in the Customs & Border Control department, this role involves directing customs operations, ensuring effective facilitation of trade, and managing compliance within border points. The position entails close coordination with customs officers and regional managers to streamline processes.

Chief Manager, Post Clearance Audit – 1 Position

Drivers – 50 Positions

Drivers will provide logistical support by transporting staff, goods, and documents while ensuring road safety, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with traffic regulations.


Commissioner Position

Commissioner, Business Strategy, Technology, and Enterprise Modernization – 1 Position

This is a senior leadership position requiring strategic oversight of business strategy, technology, and enterprise modernization within KRA. The Commissioner will drive modernization initiatives, provide leadership to relevant departments, and align ICT and business transformation with organizational objectives.
