Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Residential Parents, guiding students in both personal and academic aspects of their lives.
- Provide mentoring for a small group of students, supporting them academically and socially.
- Support classroom teaching for approximately 10 hours per week in chosen subjects, with emphasis on Mathematics, Science, and English as an Additional Language.
- Deliver and oversee the Service-Learning Programme for students in Years 6 to 10, which includes planning, coordinating with community partners, and mentoring student groups.
- Supervise residential students by conducting official duties twice a week and once every third weekend, ensuring a supportive environment in the dormitories.
- Participate actively in the co-curricular program, including coaching sports teams, teaching music, running clubs, or guiding students in debating, Model United Nations (MUN), or TedX initiatives.
