- Implement training-of-trainers (TOT) sessions to disseminate best practices in hide preservation, leather production, and value addition.
- Facilitate the introduction and adoption of hide quality grading systems, ensuring consistency and improved standards across the sector.
- Support enterprises and stakeholders in achieving Leather Working Group (LWG) certification, strengthening international competitiveness.
- Drive production upgrades within the leather value chain by facilitating access to modern technologies, equipment, and innovations.
