Position Summary
Switch Media Ltd is looking for an imaginative, driven Graphics Design Intern to contribute to both internal and external projects. This role will support a variety of creative initiatives across broadcast, digital, and agency-based services—including social media content creation and client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Design compelling visual assets for:
- Internal use such as team communications, presentation decks, and branding.
- Online platforms including social media (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook), websites, and digital campaigns.
- Broadcast media, crafting on-screen graphics, overlays, lower-thirds, and title sequences for Switch TV and other production outputs.
- Agency-style services including client-focused content creation, branding pieces, promotional materials, and campaign assets.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams across departments—marketing, production, software development—to deliver design solutions aligned with project goals and brand identity.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and visual concepts.
- Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across various media platforms.
Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with tools like Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.
- Demonstrable visual and creative strengths, including an excellent eye for layout, colour theory, typography, and composition.
- Robust portfolio showcasing a range of design work—particularly digital, print, broadcast, or social media content.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to refine visual deliverables to polished standards.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple design tasks with prioritization and focus.
