Job Description: Country Training Lead – Clean Cooking
The Country Training Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and reach of Sun King’s clean cooking programs. The position involves overseeing the development, design, delivery, and monitoring of all training activities related to the clean cooking product line. Key Responsibilities
- Training Strategy Development and Implementation
- Develop and oversee the clean cooking training strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure training modules are updated with current and relevant product knowledge.
- Continuously adapt training materials to reflect changes in product features, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with the clean cooking product team to co-create and revise training materials.
- Partner with the training team to plan and supervise both classroom training sessions and digital training via the organization’s learning management system (LMS), such as Litmos.
- Engage with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth roll-out and readiness for new product initiatives.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Utilize internal business intelligence systems to track and analyze the performance of sales and collections related to clean cooking.

Candidate Profile
