Job Description

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Kapsabet Branch, including operations, business growth, staff management, and customer satisfaction. The role requires strategic leadership to drive profitability while ensuring adherence to operational standards and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the branch team in achieving set business targets for deposits, loans, and customer acquisition.
  • Developing and executing strategies to grow the branch’s customer base and market share.

  • Representing the branch in local forums and engaging with the community to strengthen the institution’s brand presence.
