KEPSa Hiring Kenya AI Alliance (KAIA) Coordinator (Consultancy)

by Recal

The Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) is inviting applications for the position of Kenya AI Alliance (KAIA) Coordinator (Consultancy). This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional who is passionate about artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.

As the apex body of the private sector in Kenya, KEPSA represents over two million businesses both directly and indirectly. The organization unites local and international business associations, chambers of commerce, federations, professional bodies, corporates, SMEs, and start-ups across all sectors of the economy. KEPSA is also the national focal point of the East Africa Business Council (EABC), hosts the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Kenya Chapter, and connects to a global network of more than 45 million businesses.

Through its dedicated youth and jobs program — the Kenya Youth Employment & Entrepreneurship Accelerator Program (K-YEEAP) — KEPSA has been at the forefront of driving youth empowerment and entrepreneurship. The program helps catalyze and scale small enterprises while prioritizing youth employment and providing vital support mechanisms such as financing, mentorship, and business coaching.

Building on this foundation, KEPSA is now spearheading the launch of the Kenya AI Alliance (KAIA), a collaborative platform that brings together government, academia, civil society, youth groups, development partners, and the private sector. This Alliance aims to promote AI adoption, skilling, and innovation in Kenya.
