The Urban Energy Intern will work within UN-Habitat’s energy-related programs that focus on sustainable urban development. Duties include:

• Supporting research and analysis on sustainable urban energy solutions.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports, policy briefs, and presentations on urban energy initiatives.
• Contributing to project activities related to renewable energy and energy efficiency in cities.
• Assisting with data collection, mapping, and statistical analysis of urban energy use.
• Supporting the coordination of energy-related workshops, seminars, and stakeholder consultations.
• Assisting in knowledge-sharing activities and compiling best practices.
