The Senior Lead – Warehouse (Forward and Reverse Logistics) will be responsible for leading and managing warehouse operations across both forward and reverse logistics. This role ensures that M-KOPA’s supply chain is efficient, reliable, and aligned with the company’s overall strategy to serve millions of customers seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth forward and reverse logistics processes.
- Implement best practices in warehouse management to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock control, and quality assurance procedures.
- Drive the planning and coordination of goods receipt, storage, and dispatch to customers and regional hubs.
- Lead the reverse logistics process, ensuring defective or returned products are handled efficiently.
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to ensure end-to-end efficiency.
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness.
- Optimize warehouse layout, processes, and technology to maximize productivity.
- Build and lead a high-performing warehouse team, providing coaching and mentorship.
