Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant (Digital) will support the Marketing Manager in implementing Geminia Life’s marketing and communication strategies as outlined in the company’s Strategic Plan. The incumbent will focus primarily on digital marketing activities—ensuring effective use of online platforms to enhance the company’s visibility, promote customer engagement, and support lead generation.
This role will involve developing and executing digital campaigns, managing content creation and publishing, analyzing digital performance, and maintaining a consistent brand image across all online touchpoints. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
The role encompasses several areas of responsibility, organized into four primary categories: Planning & Standards, Reports and Insights, Platforms Management and Content Deployment, and Relationships & Support.
A. Planning & Standards
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive digital, content, and media strategies aligned with the organization’s overall marketing objectives.
- Contribute to the formulation of data-driven digital marketing plans, ensuring activities are aligned with Geminia Life’s strategic goals.
- Apply analytical insights to recommend and optimize campaign budgets for higher efficiency and measurable impact.
- Ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments and digital audiences, maintaining timely and effective delivery of online engagements.
- Support the creation and maintenance of standardized procedures for digital campaign execution, ensuring consistent quality across platforms.
B. Reports and Insights
- Generate periodic reports to assess the effectiveness of digital campaigns and initiatives.
- Utilize analytics tools to interpret data from digital channels and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations that inform business decisions and improve return on marketing investment (ROI).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, logs, and reports for all digital platforms, audiences, leads, and customers.
- Interpret social media metrics and trends to enhance understanding of audience preferences and engagement patterns.
- Deliver analytical insights to support customer relationship management, product development, and business growth strategies.
C. Platforms Management, Content Creation, and Deployment
- Champion Geminia Life’s brand voice and image across all online and offline touchpoints.
- Develop, curate, and source relevant, high-quality content for Geminia Life’s digital platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing channels.
- Create and manage a structured content calendar to guide the publication of material on designated platforms.
- Ensure all digital communications align with brand guidelines and messaging standards.
- Oversee customer and user experience on Geminia Life’s digital channels, ensuring easy navigation, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Manage and monitor online interactions, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, comments, and feedback within the stipulated turnaround times.
- Support the lead nurturing process by tracking interactions, following up with prospects, and converting leads into active customers.
- Execute approved digital, online, and social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance on the company’s website.
- Contribute to the implementation of email marketing initiatives via the CRM portal, including tracking and analyzing campaign results.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in digital marketing practices.
D. Relationships & Support
- Provide online and offline marketing support for corporate and staff events, including digital promotions and campaign coordination.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure digital messaging aligns with broader organizational communication goals.
- Manage relationships between Geminia Life Insurance and external marketing partners, agencies, or service providers to ensure quality delivery.
- Serve as the first point of contact for online customers, liaising with the Operations Department to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Offer administrative support to the marketing team, including processing supplier payments, coordinating meetings, and organizing logistics for marketing activations and events.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the performance of marketing partners and vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and expected standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Success in this role will be measured by the ability to deliver tangible results in line with defined performance metrics. The main KPIs include:
- Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
- Premiums generated from digital channels.

Required Skills
