6. Credit MIS, Portfolio Management and Reporting Manager

7. EBKL – Merchant Services Manager
Leads merchant services operations, focusing on onboarding, service quality, and growth of the bank’s merchant network.
8. Credit Training Manager
Designs and implements credit training programs to enhance staff competencies in credit analysis, lending, and risk management.
9. Finserve & Mobile Money (MoMo) Manager
Oversees mobile money operations and partnerships, driving innovation and revenue growth within the Finserve business.
10. Finserve Support Agent
Provides customer and technical support for Finserve products and mobile money platforms, ensuring seamless user experience.
11. Security Control Room Supervisor
Supervises security monitoring systems and teams to ensure round-the-clock protection of bank premises and assets.
12. Assistant Manager – Physical Security Technical Systems
Manages the maintenance and optimization of physical security systems including surveillance, alarms, and access controls.
13. Relationship Supervisor – SME
Supports SME clients by managing relationships, driving sales, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across branches.
14. Environmental, Social Governance & Reputational Risk Officer
