Job Purpose
The Audit Manager, Central Functions & Shared Services will be responsible for providing independent, objective assurance and consulting services to improve the Bank’s operations. The role will focus on evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within central and shared service departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans for central functions and shared services to ensure alignment with the Bank’s strategic goals.
  • Conduct risk-based audits of the Bank’s central functions, including human resources, finance, legal, procurement, and administration.
  • Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, compliance, and governance systems within assigned functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct risk-based ICT audits covering system infrastructure, application controls, network security, and IT operations.

  • Assess ICT service management processes, including incident management, change control, and disaster recovery procedures.
