We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Branch Manager – Nairobi West within the Retail Distribution Department.
The position holder will be responsible for leading branch operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery in line with Jubilee Insurance’s business objectives. The Branch Manager will oversee business development, team performance, and compliance with company policies while fostering long-term client relationships to achieve sustainable branch profitability.
This role reports to the Business Development Manager – Retail Distribution and will be based at our Nairobi West Branch.
