Job Description
The intern will support UNON’s daily operations and initiatives, assisting teams in the delivery of administrative, technical, and coordination functions. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with research, data compilation, and analysis to support programme implementation and decision-making.
- Supporting the organization of meetings, workshops, and official events, including logistics, documentation, and follow-up.
- Drafting correspondence, reports, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining databases, filing systems, and records to ensure efficient information management.
- Supporting inter-departmental coordination and assisting in tracking project progress and deliverables.
- Providing general administrative and logistical assistance to facilitate smooth office operations.
