- Clerical Officers
These officers will manage routine office tasks including filing, record keeping, retrieving documents, data entry, handling correspondence, and supporting administrative workflows. - Support Staff
Support Staff will handle cleaning, messenger duties, office arrangement, errands, and maintaining hygiene and overall physical order of the work environment. - Administration Officer
This role involves coordinating administrative activities, supervising office operations, record management, preparing reports, supporting departmental programs, and enhancing workflow efficiency. - Office Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities include preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, managing office diaries, handling visitors, organizing documents, and supporting senior staff with daily administrative tasks. - Drivers
Drivers will transport staff and materials, complete route logs, maintain vehicles in good condition, observe traffic rules, and support logistical operations across departments. - ICT Officers
These officers will support ICT systems, networks, and hardware; troubleshoot technical issues; manage data systems; maintain equipment; and support digital operations within county departments. - Ambulance Driver III
The officer will drive emergency ambulances, assist in patient evacuations, maintain emergency vehicle readiness, and support medical response operations. - Cook III

Responsibilities include supporting trade promotion initiatives, assisting SMEs, coordinating market research, and implementing county programs aimed at stimulating local commerce. - Medical Specialist I – Anaesthesiology
The specialist will provide anaesthesia services, conduct pre-operative assessments, monitor patients during surgery, and support recovery procedures. - Medical Specialist I – Dermatology
This role includes diagnosing and treating skin conditions, offering specialist consultations, conducting dermatological procedures, and supporting clinical training activities. - Medical Officer
Medical Officers will diagnose and treat patients, conduct ward rounds, perform minor procedures, keep clinical records, and participate in preventive health services. - Dental Officer
Responsibilities include dental examinations, extractions, fillings, oral health education, community outreach, and management of dental patient records. - Registered Clinical Officer II

Duties include assisting in orthopaedic procedures, preparing plaster equipment, supporting patient positioning, and maintaining sterile instruments. - Pharmaceutical Technologist III
The officer will dispense medicines, manage inventory, record prescriptions, and support pharmaceutical care in health facilities. - Medical Social Worker III
Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, counselling, discharge planning, linking patients to community support systems, and assisting families in coping with medical conditions.
