Driver II

The Driver II position supports mobility and logistical operations by providing safe and reliable driving services for government officers and official assignments.

Key responsibilities include driving government vehicles as authorized; ensuring safety of passengers and official cargo; carrying out routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks; maintaining accurate vehicle logbooks; reporting mechanical faults promptly; ensuring compliance with traffic laws and government transport regulations; and supporting transport-related administrative tasks.

Accountant II

The Accountant II role supports financial management functions within public institutions. The position contributes to proper utilization of public resources and compliance with public finance regulations.

Duties include preparing and processing financial records and transactions; maintaining accounting books and financial databases; assisting in preparation of budgets and financial statements; monitoring expenditure against approved budgets; processing payments and receipts; supporting audits and financial reviews; and ensuring adherence to applicable financial management policies and procedures.

Administration Officer II

The Administration Officer II position supports coordination of administrative services within government offices to ensure efficient operations.

ICT Officer II

The ICT Officer II role supports information and communication technology operations within government institutions. The position ensures availability, reliability, and security of ICT systems.

Key duties include providing user support and troubleshooting ICT issues; maintaining computer hardware, software, and networks; assisting in system installations and upgrades; supporting data management and backups; implementing ICT security measures; maintaining ICT inventories; and assisting in development and maintenance of information systems.

Research Officer II

The Research Officer II role supports evidence-based decision-making through research and analytical activities.

Key duties include conducting research studies; collecting and analyzing data; preparing research reports and briefs; supporting policy and programme evaluations; maintaining research databases; collaborating with stakeholders on research initiatives; and disseminating research findings.
