Employment Contracts and Documentation

This includes ensuring that all contractual documents are accurate, properly authorized, and issued in a timely manner. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for maintaining consistency in employment documentation and ensuring that all terms of employment are clearly communicated to employees.

Payroll Support and Documentation

The Human Resources Manager will prepare and compile all required items for payroll purposes. While the role may not directly process payroll, it requires close coordination with finance or payroll teams to ensure that employee records, statutory deductions, and employment details are accurate and up to date.
