Job Description
The Junior Service Desk Technician – Internship role is designed to support Service Desk backlog management and day-to-day IT operations while providing hands-on exposure to IT Service Management practices. The position focuses on assisting with the tracking, prioritization, and resolution of service tickets, ensuring that operational workflows remain efficient and well documented.
The intern will work closely with Service Desk staff to support incoming requests, incidents, and operational issues.
