1. Cybersecurity Analyst (Data & Privacy)
The Data Security Analyst plays a critical role in protecting KCB’s data assets by designing, implementing, and monitoring data security controls, policies, and procedures. This role ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets and supports ongoing risk management and continuous improvement initiatives. The analyst collaborates closely with teams in Enterprise Risk, Data Protection & Privacy, Enterprise Security Architecture, Technology, and various business units to ensure secure handling of data throughout its lifecycle.

2. Senior Manager, Partnerships
The Senior Manager, Partnerships is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth, expand market reach, and enhance value for KCB’s Retail Banking business. Partnerships span government and non-government organizations, associations, development partners, and distributors/retailers. The role involves strategy development, initiative execution, and relationship management to deliver sustainable revenue and customer benefits.

3. Senior Manager, FBO & NGOs
This position leads and manages the MSME Faith-Based Organizations (FBO) and Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) sector portfolio. The Senior Manager provides strategic direction for sector growth, drives revenue performance, manages risk, and ensures delivery of fit-for-purpose solutions for agricultural MSME clients.

4. Senior Manager, Self-Help Groups
The Senior Manager, Self-Help Groups drives growth and profitability within the self-help group segment. Responsibilities include developing tailored financial solutions, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring effective execution of business strategies. The role focuses on proposition design, portfolio management, and stakeholder collaboration to position KCB as the trusted financial partner for self-help groups.

5. Head, Strategic Partnerships & Commercial Growth
Reporting to the Group Director, Strategy and Innovation, this role is responsible for driving scalable growth through strategic partnerships and commercial ventures. The Head establishes and manages partnerships across tech, channel, and corporate sectors to expand market access, capabilities, and revenue. Responsibilities include strategy development, negotiation, team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, opportunity identification, pipeline building, deal execution, and ensuring partnership success.

6. Software Quality Assurance Analyst
The Software Quality Assurance Analyst performs quality reviews on business requirements, develops standardized testing methods, and leads execution of functional and non-functional tests. This role implements quality testing and reporting processes to ensure adherence to software development standards. The analyst reports to the Senior Manager, Software Quality Assurance, and contributes to the delivery of high-quality software products.

7. Manager, Clean Energy & Green Lending
This position is responsible for growing market share in the Clean Energy and Green Lending segment by developing and executing the MSME Oil and Gas sector strategy. The role focuses on achieving profitable growth of the Clean Energy and Green Lending portfolio, expanding assets and liabilities, and strengthening customer relationship management within the sector.

8. Senior Manager, Agriculture
The Senior Manager, Agriculture leads and manages the MSME Agriculture sector portfolio. Key responsibilities include providing sector-specific strategic direction, driving revenue growth, managing risk, and ensuring delivery of customer-focused solutions aligned with KCB’s broader MSME ecosystem strategy.

9. Senior Manager, Healthcare
The Senior Manager, Healthcare leads the MSME Health sector portfolio. The role provides strategic direction, drives revenue growth, manages risk, and ensures the delivery of tailored customer solutions in alignment with the overall MSME ecosystem strategy.

10. Senior Manager, FMCG & Services
This role leads and manages the MSME Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Services sector portfolio. Responsibilities include providing sector-specific strategic guidance, enhancing revenue performance, managing risk, and ensuring delivery of relevant solutions to clients in line with KCB’s MSME strategy.

11. Senior Manager, Oil, Gas, and Extractives
The Senior Manager, Oil, Gas & Extractives oversees the MSME Oil, Gas, and Extractives sector portfolio. Key duties include providing sector-specific strategic direction, driving revenue growth, managing risk, and delivering customized solutions for clients within the broader MSME ecosystem.

12. Senior Manager, Education
This role leads the MSME Education sector portfolio, offering strategic direction, driving sector growth and revenue, managing risk, and ensuring delivery of solutions that align with KCB’s MSME ecosystem strategy. The Senior Manager ensures KCB remains a key financial partner in the education sector.
