Southrift Hospital Limited is a private limited company that was opened to the public in February 2023 It is a six storey ultramodern level 5 hospital in Kericho county, 1.5 km from Kericho town along Kericho-Sotik road. We bring general and specialized services under one roof. The hospital offers outpatient and inpatient care, with a well stocked hospital pharmacy, quality level E laboratory services, operational theatres, maternity unit, complete radiology unit with CT scan X-ray & Ultrasound, Private and semi-private wards, VIP private wing, Dental, Ophthalmic, Orthopedic services, Pediatric, Emergency and casualty services, New born unit, surgical wards, Child welfare clinic & maternal health.

Job Title: Marketing Officer

Reports to:   The Hospital Administrator

Contract Period: 1 Year Renewable Contract

Mission: To provide quality and cost effective  patient care with dedicated care to clinical excellence, patient safety and passion to the community we serve.

Vision: To be a leader in quality healthcare service provision.

 Roles and Responsibilities.

1.Developand implement the hospital’s annual marketing and branding strategy

2.Promote hospital services, clinics, specialists and health programs by pushing brand recognition.

3.Identify new market opportunities and creation of referral networks

4.Coordinate and execute health awareness campaigns, medical camps and outreach programs

5.Assist in management of the hospital social media platforms, website content and online presence

6.Create and publish health education content (posts, flyers, newsletters, videos)

7.Monitor online engagements, patient feedback and reputation management

8.Liaise with media houses for advertisements, interviews and press releases

9.Build and maintain relationships with corporates, insurers, NGOs and partners

10.Coordinate corporate wellness programs and CSR activities

11.Represent the hospital at exhibitions, conferences and community events

12.Support patient satisfaction initiatives in collaboration with clinical and admin teams

13.Assist in improving service delivery based on market and patient insights through collecting,analyzing and reporting on service utilization trends

14.Ensure consistent use of hospital branding across all materials

15.Oversee production of marketing materials (brochures, banners and signage)

16.Safeguard the hospital’s public image and professional reputation

17.Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports

18.Track marketing budgets and return on investment on campaigns

19.Maintain a databaseof partners, corporates and referral sources
