Postdoctoral Researcher
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain structured data systems to integrate surveillance, clinical, environmental, and climate datasets.
- Clean, harmonize, and prepare large multi-source datasets for statistical analysis.
- Integrate geospatial and climatic data with cholera incidence data.
- Develop a Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) for modelling cholera transmission dynamics and vaccine effectiveness.
- Conduct time-series, regression, and spatiotemporal analyses.
- Produce cholera transmission risk maps and identify key outbreak predictors.
- Apply appropriate geostatistical and machine learning methods where relevant.
- Prepare statistical reports, manuscripts, presentations, and policy briefs.
- Support the dissemination of study findings to stakeholders.
