CCBA has an extensive footprint in Africa, employing approximately 14 000 employees in Africa, and approximately 7 000 employees in South Africa. Key Purpose StatementTo supervise cooler maintenance teams in order to ensure coolers are maintained in good serviceable condition and that Customer service and cooler availability is maintained to the highest standard. 
Key Duties & Responsibilities1. Manage cooler maintenanceManage execution of the maintenance and repairs.Plan for regular maintenance of coolers to ensure a high reliability.Coolers maintained as per scheduleEnsure good housekeeping of the workshop for cleanliness and a safe working environment                                                  Assist Cooler Mechanics with breakdown repairs and troubleshooting of faultsEnsure all equipment is operated at its optimum                2. Ensure effective administrative processesAdhere to necessary legal requirements i.e. CFC’s and SHEQEnsure KPI’s are metManage the master data on SAP.Ensure that all Job cards are signed off on completion and the transaction completed in SAP.Ensure that the 5WHY process is understood by Technicians and implemented for all Cooler breakdowns. Basic problem solving techniques3. Manage BudgetMonitor expensesControl COE’sReport on deviationsSpare parts management.Provides input and support to the department’s Budget Planning Process 4. Manage peopleOngoing, informal performance monitoring, feedback and coaching provided daily or as required.      Leave schedules and processes conducted according to policyAnalyse Previous Maintenance WorkStaff development ­Training needs identified for all staff­Development plans agreed and included in People PlanDevelopment plans include on the job coaching, projects, self-study etc. and if necessary formal training                                                                                                                                                                              Team Management :­ Team mission, vision and goals communicated to all team members­ Motivation and morale levels of all staff members high­Team KPI’s measured regularly, communicated to team and if necessary, corrective action taken.           Ensure good employee relationsLead the implementation and execution of the ‘Supply Chain ways” through morning team meetings, toolbox discussions and attending level 2 meetings.                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
Skills, Experience & EducationExperience5 years experience in Technical, Workshop or Engineering operation.Maintenance planning knowledge will be an added advantage.Leadership skills preferably with on job experienceSAP systems experience and knowledge will be added advantage.EducationBachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
