RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a Purchasing Agent to support procurement, purchasing, and quality assurance functions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and prices.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide effective solutions.
- Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.
