Position Summary:
- Verify that training and development activities align with the organization’s mission and vision.
- Assist in the development and delivery of brand and service-related training programs.
- Support the planning and execution of key learning delivery and leadership development activities.
- Facilitate on-property training for hourly associates, supervisors, and leaders, including core required training and brand training.
- Stay updated on brand and leadership development tools and resources.
- Assist leaders with their development and resource needs as requested.
- Monitor compliance with required training, including new hire training and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with human resources and operations leaders to ensure compliance with all training requirements.
- Utilize learning technology platforms and manage Learning Coordinator responsibilities to meet the hotel’s training needs.
- Participate in the Field Trainer Network and collaborate with the continent learning organization to implement updated programs and processes at the hotel.
- Develop training aids and multimedia tools for effective training delivery.
- Order and manage inventory of training materials and supplies.
- Prepare for training classes, including material preparation, class setup, and breakdown.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all company, safety, and security policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance, following uniform and grooming standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with others and accurately prepare and review written documents.
- Foster positive working relationships and support team members in achieving common goals.
- Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

- Anticipate and address guests’ service needs and assist individuals with disabilities.

- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during work shifts.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management.
