Consultant Qualitative Data Analysts
Job Responsibilities
We are currently seeking experienced Consultant Qualitative Data Analysts to support CPHRM GROUP in social research analysis. This position requires knowledge of qualitative data analysis methodology, strong communication skills, and a solid commitment to delivering the highest level of information.

- Ensure the daily upload of the complete data by the data collection officers.
- Develop a thematic codebook for generating themes and sub-themes in line with the objectives of the analysis.
- Develop coding notes from the Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), in-depth interviews and FGDs.
- Conduct a detailed analysis of the qualitative data collected using appropriate analysis tools such as Dedoose or NVivo.
- Develop a qualitative analysis report describing results regarding themes and sub-themes, charting, examining relationships and patterns between categories and themes, discussing results, and developing the final codebook.
- Contribute to the writing of qualitative methods sections for reports and publications.
- Perform other related work as needed.
N/B: Shortlisting will be done on a rolling basis.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or equivalent
- Proficiency with Dedoose or Nvivo for data management and analysis.
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or equivalent
- Proficiency with Dedoose or Nvivo for data management and analysis.
- A minimum of three years of experience in qualitative data analysis.
- Experience performing rapid qualitative analysis.
- Excellent experience in producing high-quality reports on outcomes of qualitative analysis.
- Excellent written communication skills.
