The Senior Grants Manager oversees the efficient and effective management of subgrants across the organisation. S/he will work with the Grants Teams in all Amref Country offices to ensure a standardized approach to sub-granting.
S/he is responsible for grant monitoring and capacity building of recipients, including internal control procedures, ensuring compliance with Agreement and Sub-agreement(s) terms and conditions. S/he will oversee and ensure the effective administration of sub-grants to enhance the accomplishments of the project’s activities and deliverables.
