Job Description

Duties and Responsbilities
- Consolidate departmental budget and upload the Commission�s budget in the IFMIS
- Generate encumbrance reports that informs on financial commitments
- Compile and submits finance and other support documents for review by internal and external auditors
- Consolidate supporting documents to defend budget proposals
- Maintain and update finance movement registers
- Distribute budget templates to departments, sort and file finance records and documents
- Provide secretariat services to budget implementation committee
- Review expenditure reports and draft Comparative analysis of the budget report
- Undertake budget itemization and prepare monthly expenditure projections and staff compliments for timely reporting process
- Develop and review financial management manuals
Requirements
- Bachelor�s Degree in any of the following: Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics and any other relevant qualifications
- Have at least CPA II or its equivalent
- Proficiency in computer applications
Remuneration Package:
Basic Salary: As per NPSC salary Structure
Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable
Anual Leave: 30 working days per financial year
