Job Description:
Our internship program is designed for individuals looking to gain experience in a dynamic global organization. Over the 12-month period, interns will be assigned functional projects, receive mentorship, and work on structured deliverables to develop both business and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and support the implementation of the Trade Marketing and Distribution plan.
- Assist in achieving trade coverage, visit frequency, and outlet visit plans.
- Support relationships with partners (distributors, trade, and retailers) to enhance loyalty and market understanding.
- Lead innovative approaches to existing work and embrace change through new strategies.
- Help ensure the territory volume and distribution objectives are met.
- Support stock level management and report on supply chain and product issues.
- Participate in team events and programs.
- Provide relief for regional trade teams when necessary.
