Marketing Internship

LEVEL: Internship

FUNCTION: Marketing
LOCATION: Kenya
DURATION: 12 months

Job Description:

Our internship program is designed for individuals looking to gain experience in a dynamic global organization. Over the 12-month period, interns will be assigned functional projects, receive mentorship, and work on structured deliverables to develop both business and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and support the implementation of the Trade Marketing and Distribution plan.
  • Assist in achieving trade coverage, visit frequency, and outlet visit plans.
  • Support relationships with partners (distributors, trade, and retailers) to enhance loyalty and market understanding.
  • Lead innovative approaches to existing work and embrace change through new strategies.
  • Help ensure the territory volume and distribution objectives are met.
  • Support stock level management and report on supply chain and product issues.
  • Participate in team events and programs.
  • Provide relief for regional trade teams when necessary.
