Remuneration: Consolidated salary of Ksh. 50,000 per month
Terms of Service: Three (3) years contract

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducting general diagnostic and other laboratory services in a medical laboratory.
  • Offering blood transfusion services.
  • Mentoring and coaching students on attachment.
  • Performing administrative duties as required.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Department of Revenue Services

Revenue Clerks – 73 Posts (Job Group “E”)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing information about fees, charges, and payment options.
  • Processing and filing revenue collection documents, including receipts and payment confirmations.

Information Communication Technology Officer II/Fiber Technician – 2 Posts (Job Group ‘J’)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Installing and maintaining Fiber Optics FTTH network.
  • Installing, repairing, and troubleshooting fiber optic systems.
  • Handling fiber splicing and resolving fiber optic issues.
  • Splicing and terminating SM fiber.
  • Performing installation, troubleshooting, and repair of fiber systems under minimal supervision.
  • Accessing fiber optic splice enclosures and carrying out necessary splicing from a bucket truck.
  • Conducting fiber tests, including OTDR, power meter/laser source, and scopes.
  • Preparing, traying, and splicing fiber optic cables.
  • Installing demarcation enclosures, switches, and other telecom equipment.
  • Monitoring, communicating, and addressing issues affecting fiber networks.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing fiber-based services.

Information Communication Technology Officer I/System Developer – 1 Post (Job Group ‘K’)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues.
  • Conducting program testing, including unit, integrated, and acceptance testing.
  • Developing new user-facing features.
  • Enhancing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Collaborating with team members, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into code.
  • Ensuring user input is validated before submission to the backend.
  • Bridging the gap between graphic design and technical implementation.
  • Assisting frontend and backend developers with debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Translating UI/UX wireframes and mockups into actual code.
  • Maintaining code quality, implementing linters, and adding unit tests.
  • Resolving both technical and non-technical blockers.
  • Coordinating with DevOps engineers on CI/CD pipelines.
