Position: Business Development Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn different aspects of the sales cycle and business development strategies.
  • Identify and develop a sales pipeline while aggressively marketing to new customers from targeted sectors.
  • Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calling and cold emailing to engage potential clients.
  • Provide competitive quotations to intermediaries and follow up to close sales.
  • Set and achieve targeted goals and objectives for business development and sales.
  • Prepare timely status reports on client meetings and sales strategies.

  • Strong interest in business development, sales, and marketing.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, Business Administration, or any other related field from a recognized institution.
  • Proficiency in computer studies (Gsuite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, Outlook, etc.).
  • Certifications in customer service or related fields.
  • Good understanding of customer communication platforms.
  • Research skills and knowledge of market analysis techniques.
  • Interest in technology, communication, digital media, and related fields.
