At East African Breweries Limited (EABL), we take great pride in fostering talent and ensuring that we have a strong and dynamic workforce across all our markets. Our commitment to investing in young professionals aligns with our overarching ambition of being the best-performing, most trusted, and most respected consumer products company in Africa. We recognize that nurturing talent from the early stages is crucial in shaping the future of our industry. Therefore, we continuously seek enthusiastic, innovative, and ambitious individuals who are eager to gain valuable experience and contribute to our organization.
One of the ways we fulfill this commitment is through our undergraduate internship program, which provides an opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. This program runs quarterly, with new intakes happening every three months. Applications for the internship program open once a year in March, specifically for the April intake.
If you are a student planning to undertake an internship at EABL anytime between April 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible or create a profile in our system. It is important to indicate your preferred internship period when submitting your application so that we can accommodate your request effectively.
