The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) is a leading regulatory body for the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry in Kenya. The Authority plays a critical role in overseeing telecommunications, broadcasting, e-commerce, cyber security, multimedia, and postal/courier services within the country. In addition to these responsibilities, CA manages national numbering and frequency spectrum resources, administers the Universal Service Fund (USF), and safeguards the interests of ICT service users across Kenya.
As part of its commitment to nurturing the next generation of ICT professionals, CA is pleased to announce its Student Attachment Programme. This initiative provides an exciting opportunity for ongoing university students to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic regulatory environment.
The attachment program will run for three (3) months, and successful applicants will be assigned to one of the Authority’s various departments, depending on their academic background and interests. Below is a detailed overview of the available departments and corresponding areas of study.
