Main Job Purpose
The IT Systems Analyst will play a key role in supporting the digital transformation of AMREF Flying Doctors. The successful candidate will enhance online platforms, streamline business processes, and facilitate the implementation of technology solutions in alignment with strategic goals.
This role involves analyzing systems, supporting application development, and maintaining portals built with AngularJS. The analyst will also manage integrations between various digital systems, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Business Central.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Enhance and maintain the AMREF Flying Doctors online portal to improve performance, usability, and user satisfaction.
- Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables for IT projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation of new software applications and digital tools.
- Manage system integration and ensure smooth data flow between Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Business Central, and external platforms.
- Perform gap analyses, identify inefficiencies, and recommend technology-driven improvements to existing processes.
- Support change management processes including upgrades, patches, and system migrations.
- Facilitate end-user training and create clear user documentation, manuals, and guides.
- Maintain high standards in systems documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
