As part of the Employee Relations & Wellness department, the successful candidate will support a wide range of employee relations (ER) functions through administrative, analytical, and engagement activities. Position: Employee Relations and Wellness Analyst
Reporting To: Head – Employee Relations & Wellness

Key Responsibilities
As the Employee Relations & Wellness Analyst, you will play a central role in ensuring effective administration of employee relations processes and wellness initiatives. Your primary focus will be on data collection, reporting, compliance, and general office administration within the department. Key responsibilities include:
- Data Collection & Reporting
- Develop and implement data collection systems that enhance statistical efficiency and ensure high-quality data for analysis.
- Analyze employee relations data to generate meaningful insights and reports that inform departmental decisions.
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) of the Employee Relations department.
- Compliance & Case Management
- Prepare and issue letters on non-compliance with the one-third salary deduction rule.
- Follow up and ensure timely closure of cases involving disciplinary actions.
- Employee Inquiries & Case Resolution
- Address inquiries related to violations of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), Terms of Service, and staff complaints.
- Respond to queries regarding former employees and legal/court cases linked to employment matters.
- Administrative Support
- Perform general office duties including maintaining employee relations data, filing, and documentation.
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc departmental reports as requested.
- Engagement & Wellness Support
- Provide support in organizing departmental events such as employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating events and communications that promote employee wellbeing.
- Procurement Support
- Receive and review quotations and invoices related to employee relations activities.
- Assist in initiating and processing Internal Purchase Requisitions (IPRs) and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) using the Oracle system.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a dynamic HR environment. While a strong foundation in data analysis is essential, experience in employee relations, office administration, and stakeholder engagement will be highly beneficial.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Professional certification in Data Analysis or a related field.
- A Diploma or certification in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in HR data analysis.
- Previous experience in office administration and customer service.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and visual reporting software.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks effectively.
- Experience in people management is an added plus.
