1. Community Oral Health Officer (COHO) – Kutus
Job Description:
As a Community Oral Health Officer (COHO), you will be responsible for delivering preventive and curative oral health services within the community, ensuring patients receive quality and timely oral care. You will play a critical role in promoting dental hygiene and implementing oral health education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide preventive and curative dental services including scaling, polishing, extractions, and restorations.
- Conduct community oral health education and awareness sessions.
- Screen, diagnose and refer complex dental cases appropriately.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage dental clinic inventory.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention and control protocols.
- Participate in oral health outreach and school-based dental health programs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated health services.
