Terms of Service: Permanent & Pensionable, upon successful completion of six (6) months probationary period.

The Supervisor, Corporate Planning & Modernisations reports to the Assistant Manager, Corporate Planning & Modernisation.
Job Summary
The jobholder shall be responsible for preparation of reports and undertaking activities relating to development of Authority’s Corporate Plans, Departmental Plans, annual plans, revenue strategies, reform & modernization programs and, Monitoring & Evaluation.
Duties and responsibilities
- Carry out the Authority’s Corporate Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation activities as envisaged.
- Collect, collate and analyse departmental data required for corporate planning and development of reforms and modernization programmes.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for monitoring in the corporate Balanced Score Card and other strategic initiatives.
- Develop the Authority’s Annual work plan for the Corporate Planning, reforms and modernization programmes.
- Prepare quarterly, annual and end term monitoring and evaluation reports of the Corporate Plan and other strategic initiatives.
- Develop M&E and impact assessment frameworks for the Authority and conduct field evaluations.
- Review reports on Research, Corporate Planning & Reforms division’s crosscutting issues and divisional reports.
- Develop implementation reports of other emerging strategies such as TADAT, MTRS, SDGs.
Person specifications
For appointment to this job, the candidate must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics or a business related course.
- Computer literacy in relevant computer packages such as Microsoft Office, SPSS, STATA, or other statistical analysis packages.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role.
