1. Brand Lead
Reporting to: Marketing & Communication – Brand and Communication Head
The Brand Lead will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, development, and implementation of brand initiatives that support business growth, customer engagement, and long-term brand equity. This individual will work collaboratively across departments to ensure consistent brand messaging, positioning, and identity throughout all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategy aligned with corporate objectives and market positioning.
- Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns, promotions, and storytelling initiatives across traditional and digital channels.
- Monitor brand health metrics and consumer insights to guide brand decisions and adjustments.
- Ensure alignment of internal and external communications with the overall brand promise and identity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, product, digital, and customer service teams to integrate brand messaging across all platforms.

2. Solutions Architect
Reporting to: Technology – Solutions Architecture Manager
The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of end-to-end technology solutions that support digital transformation, business operations, and innovation. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, modern technology stacks, and integration strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectural solutions aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
- Lead the architecture and design of software, data, infrastructure, and integration components.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and operations teams to translate business needs into technical blueprints.
- Conduct architectural reviews and ensure compliance with technical standards, policies, and best practices.

- Develop reference architectures and technical documentation to support solution development and maintenance.

3. Head of Product Design
Reporting to: Product Design – Chief Product Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary design team comprising UX/UI designers, researchers, and visual designers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive data protection framework that aligns with international standards and local laws.
- Serve as the key point of contact for data protection authorities and internal stakeholders regarding privacy matters.
- Conduct privacy impact assessments and advise on risk mitigation strategies for new and existing data processes.
