In keeping with the Government of Kenya’s ongoing efforts to promote youth empowerment and skills development, Kenya Power and Lighting Company PLC (Kenya Power) is proud to announce its Industrial Attachment Program for the September to November 2025 intake. This initiative is part of our continuing commitment to nurturing young talent, advancing national development, and fostering a culture of learning and excellence among Kenya’s future workforce.
As a leading energy utility, Kenya Power recognizes the importance of bridging the gap between classroom instruction and real-world practice. This industrial attachment program offers a unique opportunity for continuing students in technical and non-technical disciplines to gain practical experience within one of the country’s most critical sectors — the energy and utilities industry.
Through this initiative, interns will be immersed in the inner workings of our organization, mentored by professionals, and exposed to the systems, technologies, and work culture that power homes, businesses, and industries across Kenya.
