The Videography Intern will be responsible for assisting the design and marketing teams in the creation of high-quality visual content for multiple platforms, including digital, print, and other promotional applications. The role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and adaptability to meet the brand’s communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret creative briefs to fully understand project specifications and expectations, collaborating closely with the design and marketing teams to develop original concepts.
• Capture high-quality images and videos that align with the intended project vision, ensuring professional composition, framing, and lighting.
• Edit and process visual content to achieve the desired artistic and technical results, applying advanced post-production techniques where necessary.
• Operate, maintain, and care for a variety of technical equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting tools, and other accessories essential for production.
• Organize and arrange objects, scenes, lighting setups, and backgrounds to meet project requirements and creative direction.
• Direct and guide shooting subjects to ensure comfort, natural expression, and effective communication of the intended message.
• Archive and catalogue all photographic and video content systematically, maintaining an organized digital database for easy retrieval.
• Keep up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in photography and videography to ensure content remains fresh and competitive.
• Perform additional creative or production-related duties as assigned to support the broader objectives of the design and communications teams.
Key Requirements:
• Demonstrated skill in videography and/or photography with a strong creative portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in applications relevant to video and photo editing, and a willingness to learn new tools as required.
• A solid grasp of visual storytelling principles and techniques, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
• Academic background in multimedia production, photography, videography, visual communication design, or other related disciplines.
