As an IT Intern, you will assist the team in providing technical and administrative support across various IT functions. The role focuses on system support, troubleshooting, and digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Job Description
- Assist in providing first-level IT support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, applications, and IT equipment.
- Help maintain IT asset inventories and ensure accurate record-keeping of hardware and software resources.
- Assist in updating and monitoring IT systems, ensuring security protocols and standards are followed.
- Provide support in setting up audio-visual and IT equipment for meetings, workshops, and conferences.
- Contribute to the preparation of user guides, manuals, and documentation to support IT service delivery.
- Support the team in testing new systems, applications, and tools to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Undertake additional IT-related tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
