Role Purpose
The Direct Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales of Jubilee Health Insurance products directly to clients, ensuring achievement of individual and team sales targets. The role involves prospecting, client engagement, closing sales, and offering post-sale support while upholding Jubilee’s customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through fieldwork, referrals, and cold calling.
- Promote and sell health insurance products to individuals, SMEs, and groups.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of leads and track progress on conversions.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to management on customer needs and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with Jubilee’s sales processes, policies, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in direct sales (insurance sales experience is an added advantage).
- Knowledge of insurance products and the financial services industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
