Terms of Service
- Officers at Grade PPRA 3: Appointments will be on contracts of up to five (5) years, renewable subject to performance and the mandatory retirement age.
- Officers at Grade PPRA 4: Appointments will be on permanent and pensionable terms, subject to performance and the retirement age policy.
- Job Rotation Policy: As a general rule, employees will be required to serve in one Directorate, Department, or Region for three (3) years, after which they may be eligible for consideration for rotation to broaden their exposure and skills.
