Clinical Nurse in-Charge – Luanda

Is responsible for leading and coordinating nursing care within the department, ensuring high standards of clinical practice, patient safety, and staff performance. This role includes supervising nursing staff, managing patient care plans, handling administrative and operational tasks, and serving as a key liaison between medical teams, patients, and families.
•Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing (KRCHN) Nursing from a recognized Institution. (KRCHN)
•Registered and with a valid license from the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
•Post-basic training or certification in management, midwifery, or critical care is an added advantage.
•Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
•At least three (3) years of clinical working experience.
•Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).
